Night Strike is a weekly outreach 47 weeks of the year, on Thursdays from 7:00-9:00pm. We bring together 200 volunteers weekly to provide food, clothing, toiletries, haircuts and foot washing for over 300 guests. We provide a staffed resource and veterans table, and a mobile medical and dental truck.
Transformation Trips are urban outreaches offered to groups throughout the region and country. Our program is designed to provide experiences and teaching that empower groups and individuals to see, hear, and understand ways to creatively show compassion and love their city and their community.
Every Sunday from 3:30 to 5:30pm, we gather in Portland's Historic Old Town District to love on our unsheltered friends in their own environment. This is an opportunity to purposefully disrupt our daily routines and spend a couple hours serving those less fortunate than us. Born from the disruptions of all things 2020, our Walk About program embodies the compassion and creative spirit that lives in each of us. It has taught us that even in the most difficult of times, we can still come together and help others. Volunteer spots are limited so please sign up by clicking the button below.
BTown Kids is a program offered on Saturdays in the summer throughout the Portland Metro area. We create a space for children and families to develop community and capacity through encouragement, relationship and fun. Our mission is to let them see that they are known, that they matter, and are loved.
