Q: Where should I park?

A: Hotel parking is available in an adjacent building, The Hilton Duniway.  Parking is capped at $5 for the evening of our event.  Street parking may also be available at daily rates.

Q: I’ve been invited by an Event Sponsor, how do I register?

A: Click on the REGISTER button above to complete and submit the guest registration form.  Be sure to include your full name, address, email and contact information.  We will pre-register you for the event so you can be ready to enjoy the auction and evening!

Q: Can I pre-register my payment method in order to make end-of-evening quick and efficient?

A: Yes. We have refined our check-out process and will be able to input your payment method prior to the event, as well as upon check-in on the night-of.  There will be an EXPRESS Checkout for those who choose this method, with a separate pick up area for winnings!

Donate Items & Certificates

A successful auction is all about great donations from the community.  We have a talented team of auction staff who work to create unique and interesting packages for our guests to bid on.  Some of the items that we are seeking can be:

  1. Artwork: Paintings, Watercolors, Photography, Ceramics, Textiles, Jewelry
  2. Certificates or Gift Cards for merchandise or services
  3. Time in a vacation home or VRBO – local, Oregon or Worldwide
  4. New unused merchandise
